http://wordonthestreetto.blogspot.com/ Garbage Stew Instructions:
Add thousands of bags of garbage (diapers, food waste)
You need a bit of humidity and some sun
Don’t forget to include your favourite insects like maggots, flies, and rats

Make sure this Stew is cooked properly on some cement (maybe an ice rink) or even some nice sand will do (one of your neighbourhood beaches will work best).
Oh and one last part – it must sit for about ohhh errr maybe 30 days or so to get the proper mix.
You will know the stew is getting close to ready
when the vulgar smell runs through the streets, and the toxic liquid spills into your favourite neighbourhood parks (ya it will make the site/smell of Lake Ontario seem like a tropical paradise).
This stew is available only in Toronto right now, and is the envy of Racoons and other rodents all over the world. It is one of David Miller’s (mayor of Toronto) specialty dishes. The city is allowing its residents to try this dish for a few more days even though it has been on sale throughout the summer.

Don't be shy, try some...
