Keeping Fit is Good for the Soul...

So I haven't mentioned my workouts yet.... I don't know where I would be without them. I work out about 4-5 times a week about an hour each visit.

Is working out all for look and show for me??? Nope not at all, yeah you can improve your physical appearance and everything but it is sooooo much more then that for me.

I've never ever at any point in my life been more relaxed then I am right now and I think working out regularly and keeping fit has helped this. It is such a stress relief after work, a place to clear my head, and it gives me the energy/stamina I need to get stronger mentally. It also makes one feel good about themselves/more confidence. I used to do sports big time competitively but gave it all up..... nope no rematch coming anytime soon haha but didn't think it was possible at one point for me to get back to this spot.

I'm not sure what is in the air recently and if it is my fitness regimen but I'm in one of those mental places where I'm the happiest I've been in ages and feel like I can go after whatever I want .

Speaking of relaxation... have you ever noticed you can seem to accomplish more when you don't pressure yourself/relax and just go with the flow?!?!?!? I'm almost considering taking a yoga class, ALMOST.

I'm thinking at some point this year, I may post before and after pictures.....I'm really happy about it, and I guess that is why I'm in a sharing mood.

Anyways I haven't written in a while due to computer problems..I'm totally going to tear off the head of the City of Toronto/government for the garbage problem when I blog next.
